The Ancient Science of Pulse Diagnosis
A 5,000-year-old diagnostic technique where our physicians read your pulse to uncover dosha imbalances and root causes — before a single herb or treatment is prescribed.
Identifies imbalance before symptoms fully appear.
Rooted in classical Ayurvedic diagnostic method.
Completely non-invasive, no equipment required.
Every treatment plan is built on your unique reading.
Physician reads your radial pulse across three finger positions.
Vata, Pitta and Kapha balance is mapped from the reading.
Underlying imbalance is identified, not just the symptom.
A treatment plan combining diet, herbs and therapy is built.
Nadi Pariksha reveals which of the three doshas is out of balance.
Governs movement and nervous system function. Imbalance shows as anxiety, dryness, joint pain and irregular digestion.
Governs metabolism and transformation. Imbalance shows as inflammation, acidity, skin conditions and irritability.
Governs structure and stability. Imbalance shows as weight gain, congestion, lethargy and sluggish digestion.
Catches imbalance before it becomes a chronic condition.
No blood draws, scans or equipment — just a trained pulse reading.
Looks at the whole person, not an isolated symptom.
Every recommendation is specific to your dosha profile.
A diagnostic method refined over thousands of years.
Works alongside your existing medical reports and history.
Your Nadi Pariksha session begins with a brief conversation about your health history, followed by the physician placing three fingers on your radial pulse to assess its rhythm, depth and quality. This reading, combined with your history, reveals which dosha is dominant or imbalanced.
Unlike standard diagnostics that isolate a single symptom, Nadi Pariksha looks at your body as an interconnected system — which is why treatment plans built from it tend to address the root cause rather than just suppressing symptoms.
The session typically takes 30 minutes and is available both in-clinic in Kukatpally and over video consultation for patients consulting remotely, including NRIs.
